THE ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
The Engineering Experience is a unique, practical learning opportunity for students to gain insightful knowledge about the average day as an engineer. Students will have fun spending half a day shadowing a successful structural or civil engineer. The experience includes everything from site visits, technical meetings, software implementation, and hands-on design demonstrations across real projects that impact our business and clients.
The vacation program
Our Vacation Program is designed to spark passion in our future generation of engineers. The program runs twice a year throughout the summer and winter vacation breaks, giving students an invaluable opportunity to experience what it's really like working within an award-winning engineering design consultancy.
As a Vacation Student, you will enjoy an introduction to life at Peritas, learn how we operate, and be given full support whilst working on challenging real-life projects. You'll have the opportunity to rotate through our structural and civil engineering divisions, which will help you discover your preferences for technical discipline specialisation. Most importantly, you'll have the benefit of working alongside our passionate and inspirational engineers, who can help guide your career choices. Upon completion, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our mentoring program throughout the remaining duration of your studies.
